Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS Texas) is included in the TMA RICO lawsuits against HMOs. The suit names Health Care Service Corporation(HCSC), the parent company of BCBS, as a defendant. To be eligible for part of the $128 million set aside by the settlement to reimburse physicians, you must file a claim for reimbursement by October 19th.
